PROLACTIN AND TFT(FREE)

I'm 26 years old and virgin girl. Now I'm currently taking femilon 21 pill back to back for endometriosis. My doctor prescribed me prolactin blood test and TFT (FREE). What kind of this blood test? Why doctor prescribed to me? Which purpose of this test? please answer to my question Thank you

The prolactin test will be to rule out a problem with your pituitary gland as a potential cause of your issues. It doesn’t mean they think there’s a problem, they just need to check everything so they can exclude various possible conditions from your diagnosis.

TFT is a thyroid test. Again, just checking to make sure your thyroid is functioning normally and is not the source of your issues.

Now I'm taking Norethisterone (10mg) 2 tablet per day. So this tablet affect this blood test report?

I’m not a doctor but I don’t see any reason for it to. Your doctor will know what drugs you are taking and will be able to interpret the test results anyway.
