Pain and cycle worsen after mirena?

Hi there endobabes!

I was hospitalised for 3 days due to my endometriosis and they put me on antibiotics as my ovarian cysts accumulated infectiom (as they say).

But ever since I have been fitted with Mirena, I have now whole pelvic pain where I can walk properly and my menstrual cycles doubled up. I bled for 5 days on the first of march then another 5 days on the 3rd week of march and currently bleeding starting the 2nd week of april. Everytime I bleed ofcourss there that crippling pain and contraction on the belly. What's going on? Mirena supposedly stops bleeding and pain as they claim right? For me it made things worsen or is it just my endo worsening?
