Hi there,
Well yes for many, some it stays the same, some it goes away.
Mine started when I was 10. Diagnosis at 24. Between 24 and 36 it had become stage 4. Several operations. Had it in my lungs, down to Pouch of Douglas, repro organs twisted, cysts, on bladder, bowel bedded down with adhesions, The pain became everyday, 2 wks of that was impossible each mth. I was on Zoladex as well. Many different types of pain and swelling. I tried IVF at 39 but failed. My immune system is crap, allergic to all sorts of things, digestive issues, bowel emptying issues, bladder infections. I worked hard, slept most of the time. Coped like a robot! Finally I had to leave my career. I was told as I got older it would get better. Yes alittle. Still pain to make you tired, take morphine to cope but the damage to my organs with adhesions and scars from operations is causing me other issues with their functions.
Certainly giving up work, gluten, Lactose, and dairy, Soya, has helped.
Use a Tens machine, Fennel Tea, Belladonna for Cramps that wont stop. Increased my VitC, D3, take Mebredrine Fybrogel.
I feel sorry for all of us with this terrible disease.
I hope you can find ways to make things work for you.
❤️
