Hi Sl234 :)A good place to start is to read the Endometriosis UK website. There's really good advice there with videos about what it is from an actual gynaecologist, and guidance about how to manage it while we're in the COVID situation with limited services.

In general, endo is a journey. It can be managed, and it's not fatal. It takes time to traverse the management topics of pain management, hormonal treatment, surgery, and I'll add strengthening wellness as well to that list. I wanted answers overnight, but I am having to exercise patience. 😉

Aw thankyou for your reply! I'm doing okay. I dont hsve a diagnosis as of yet and every time I go to the gp I'm just given pain killers which also really upset my tummy (vicious circle) Hope you're well too xx
