Endometriosis supplements?

I was just wondering what supplements people took and if they are helping?

Hi Sam11,I'm interested in the answer to that question as well.

From a few internet searches, & reading some papers, I have a list of supplements I'm interested to learn more about. I'm planning to check with a registered dietician before taking them, to check it's ok for me.

The supplements I want to ask about are anti-inflammatory or antioxidant:

- Curcumin (turmeric & black pepper)

- N-acetyl cysteine (NAC)

- Ginger

- Vitamin C and E taken together

I checked with my GP about digestive health (to reduce endo-belly), and he suggested following up with a dietitian about:

- Probiotics

- Peppermint capsules

Unfortunately, I don't have answers about these yet, but these look interesting to learn more about.
