Does anyone actually know the reason endo gives us headaches? I can manage my tummy cramps and pains to a degree but head aches I can not bear!

I hear you! I think it’s the hormones when menstruating, I’ve been having accupuncture for fertility and she’s was saying that’s what it is. They have improved with the accupuncture. Look up seed cycling too to try and regulate hormones 😁

I’m not menstruating right now came of few days ago but I have a ew days to a week between each bleed so maybe I’m about too again! I will Thankyou so much

You don’t need to be on your period to have the headaches. Your hormones fluctuate during the month, like when you’re ovulating.

The headaches could be from your face, neck, back and shoulders tensing while you’re in pain or anticipating pain.

I have terrible hormonal headaches since coming of the combined pill - I take the pop now, it has helped a bit with the headaches, I still get them, but they don't last as long and aren't as severe.. however I have constant spotting on the pop and my pelvic pain actually increased, this I can cope with, I couldn't cope with the headaches good luck..

It’s hard to know because I have family history of migrane so don’t know it’s it that or my endo... headaches I can get along with the migraine is what wipes me off my feet can’t support my neck up with one
