Period after Decapeptyl injections

I had a 3 month Decapeptyl injection in Nov 2020 and a further 1 month injection in Feb 2021 so it’s due to come to an end. I also had my left tube removed last week. I’m just wondering for those who have had the Decapeptyl injections when did you period return?

I’m taking it, but heard it could be 2 months , before period returns. I’ve been on deceptyl for 12 months.

Hi, I had a 3 month injection on 28th Jan to lead me up to my second laporoscopy, and had my first period on 17th June (so roughly 21 weeks no period). First period was normal length (for me), and very easy compared to pre-lap.

2 weeks later I’ve just started another period and it’s heavy and painful. I don’t know if irregular menstruation once the injection wears off is normal, I’ll be ringing the endo nurse tomorrow to find out!
