Ask for a colonoscopy. Scans are unreliable and most drs admit they don’t always show the problem. Don’t put up with the pain, only you know how bad it is.

Scans are not unreliable but depend on the operator's expertise. If deep endo is suspected a scan (TUS or MRI) is vital to map the pelvis pre-cooperatively. Colonoscopies will usually not show anything - full infiltration of the bowel wall is relatively rare. I'm not sure of the point of your post.
