I'm 21 and I've been having issues on and off since I was like 13. I've finally found another doctor who'll take me seriously, during a bad pain phase, and I've got to wait a month at least before an ultrasound.
Any tips on how to cope, managing this, working almost every day, and the stress of the pandemic on top of everything else would be greatly appreciated!!!

I've been diagnosed 15yrs and in all honesty everyone is different 😔 But I personally find hot water bottles, heat pads and regular pain meds are the only thing that subside it or to lay in a hot bath at every opportunity, hope this helps
i started taking cerelle (progesterone only pill) almost 7 months ago, it made my periods easier and let me escape the worst of the pain (painkillers started working for me) and that's made a huge difference to my mental health and it's all less disabling than it was. it doesnt work for everyone and theres side effects that can happen but it's worth asking a dr about whether some kind of hormonal treatment could help you.
