I just wondered what others experience of fatigue and brain fog etc is like. I’m still waiting on my laparoscopy but as pain increases I’m noticing my fatigue seems to too. I’m napping more, exhausted constantly, it’s like someone switches it on and my body shuts down but also just generally more exhausted too. I’ve got a lot of areas of stress at the moment and for the last couple months for the first time ever I’m struggling with falling asleep so I don’t know if it’s that or actually if this is another symptom getting worse while I wait and things progress. Any experiences or descriptions would be really appreciated to see if Im experiencing something similar x

Hi Claire, I struggle massively with chronic fatigue, it can last all day or come on very suddenly. Some days it can completely floor me and I’ll be too exhausted to do basic things like go to the shop. I take regular vitamin boosters such as berocca to help lift my energy because caffeine and energy drinks aren’t very good for endo. I find taking a berocca at 9am will probably keep me going till 3pm. Decaffeinated tea helps me too. I hope you get your lap soon!
