Anyone else unable to eat due to severe bloating?

I am finding that I am so bloated I can only have water and even then it can bloat me out. I avoid foods that make it worse but there seems to be more flare ups where I am too bloated to eat for a few days at least. I’ve just been prescribed buscopan to see if that helps as my bowel is mangled with my left ovary and uterus. Anyone else have this and gave you found anything that helps?

I can sympathise. I tried everything and still get bloated/nauseous/lack appetite at times. Buscopan definitely does help take the edge off but not a cure for me. Controls the painful bowel cramps enough so I can function without being on my hands and knees puffing like I am about to give birth. Not sure if it will help you but I change my diet depending on my cycle. 3-4 days before I am due on I try to stay away from fatty foods or foods that trigger bad bloating. Keeping food light and bland around my cycle has been the only thing that helps. Again no cure but definitely helps to keep things bearable. I really do wish you the best of luck and hope it helps. So not nice suffering that constant bloating sensation and no one seems to understand how exhausting it is. Good luck xx
