Immune system & endo/adeno

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else suffers with their immune system with endo/adeno? My endo pain is fairly well managed at present (taking progesterone) but I feel constantly run-down, achey and just ill and always get colds etc- my digestive system is also quite poor & I get bloating etc really easily. When I was still getting periods these symptoms used to get worse & I’d be feverish during them. Any tips on how to deal with this much appreciated- feel like I’m already trying to eat healthy etc!
