Hello, yes I did. Low oestrogen can make you more susceptible to thrush and make it harder to see off - have you had a chat to your GP? There are also products like MultiGyn and Replense that my GP recommended being worth trying - but they can be a bit hit and miss so I’d definitely have a chat first to your GP first and maybe get a swap test to check it there is anything they can prescribe that is better than over the counter treatments . Ahhh I didn’t know that!! I’ve just been given a estrogen gel that I have to rub on the inside of my thighs but havnt started it yet as I havnt been instructed how many pumps am supposed to use🙄
