I want to state something publicly to my friends and family but I don’t want it to come across as attention seeking what would be the best way to do this. I just want them to understand that I have good days and I bad days and on my bad days I’m in such severe pain i can’t cope with anything. Please help!

HiI just tell people, so relieved when I found out for sure. It’s also surprising when you find someone you know has had it when you do talk about it. It can run in families. The easiest way is to look at the endo UK site, there is some great info to look at/print, that might be easier. Unfortunately it’s something that is very hard to understand as all looks ok from the outside. People forget there aren’t many conditions that you can actually see anyway.
