Using a TENS machine for endometriosis

Hello everyone. I suffer from endometriosis and recently bought a LloydsPharmacy TENS machine to help deal with the pain and I am not sure what setting to use for my stomach. I read the instructions and it does say it can be used on the stomach but the settings do not list stomach. Do any of you use this model and what settings do you use?

The settings list neck, shoulder, hand, back, joints and leg.

I tried it last night, I figured that the back setting would be best as it’s close to the stomach. It worked well for me but I’ll ask the gp next week so we can be sure
