Restless legs linked to endo?

Every month, exactly a week after the first day of my period, I suffer with a few nights of restless legs.

They're so severe I often wake up jolting. Lastnight I managed to get off thanks to my oh rubbing cbd muscle balm all over my legs and hips for almost an hour.

At first I thought it was from coming off tramadol, but the pain this month has been so intense I'm still on it (my cycle is only 24-48 hrs so shows how long my pain lingers). Then lastnight I wondered if it is to do with my body still thinking it should be cramping, as a lot of the pain I carry is in my groin.

Then again, my arms get involved too sometimes...

Does anyone else suffer with this? Am I going mad, or am I clutching at straws? Or could it be the underlying vision of something else in the mix?

Hi, It's worth keeping in mind that hyperkinesia( muscle spasm) is listed as a known side effect of Tramadol so might be worth checking in with GP if it continues. Hope it gets better, it sounds very unpleasant!

Thanks! It's never any other time apart from exactly a week after I come on, and I'm often on tramadol for ovulation etc too! But I will keep it in mind for sure thank you.
