Accident prone during flare ups!

Anyone else super accident prone during flare ups? I push myself too far trying to get through it and end up injuring myself.

This time, I’ve broken my toe. Not ideal when I’ve only just starting working again. And in the leisure industry......

Last year I broke my teeth during an endo flare up.

Is this just me?

I don’t think it will be.

Silly things used to happen in a lead up to a period, can’t really remember specifics. The only one I can was following a friend in a car, she stopped at a junction and then I thought she’d moved but hadn’t. Luckily no damage, I know period started day after! 😂

Awh how many times this happens. I classify it under brain fog . My speach goes bad as well and not able to articulate full sentences and struggle to find words of course with physical injuries bumping into things

Oh my gosh! My speech is awful, I never made this connection. Thank-you for saying it’s not just me! Think I have a particularly bad time with the brain fog! X
