Hello all!
Pre warning that this may be TMI but, after penetrative sex with my partner I end up doubled over in pain and mild spotting, but only the day after? Not immediately after. It’s like a deep, throbbing pain in my pelvis, usually on one side that then results in the spotting!
Anyone else experience this?

I used to get this, although not every time, definitely sometimes. We ended up working out that it was different positions, some were better than others. For me the deeper it was the more it hurt the next day. I was lucky in that I could take some paracetamol and within a few hours it was ok.
Don’t think it helps much but just wanted you to know you’re not alone

Yes definitely! I have often worried a lot about this myself and just want to say you are not alone. It’s not every time but it’s happened a few times when the next day was horrific pain as if it were my period couldn’t walk no spotting though but everyone is different and also problems with my bladder. I also find it painful during sex sometimes with certain positions especially if it’s too deep(for example me facing away from him) but just make sure your partners aware of what hurts and what your comfortable with xx
