Zoladex side effects do not go away

Dear Ladies,

I had 6 Zoladex injections and finished it 2 months ago. I've had my endometriosis surgery (laparoscopy) in August but I still have hot flush and high temperature, abnormal heart beat rate etc. Do you all have long term side effects due to the injection?

Hi, i was on triptorelin had 6 injections as well, my side effects went on for a further 3 months after my last injection. Once my period started again which was exactly 3 months from my last injections, all other side effects (hot flushes, bone and muscle pain etc) stopped. Hope that’s helpful

Thank you Roro1! My last injection was in July so hopefully my period starts from October !

I have had the zoladex and the Decapeptyl within the last 3 years and I still get hot flushes and they make me feel very light headed.

I have been on a lot of different things in between which I thought would have helped calm them but I was wrong

Hi klc93,I'm so sorry to hear your story. And yes I probably have the similar problems. I know how difficult it is to get rid of these side effects.I sometimes felt my temperature was high and I felt hot. I 'd messed it up with covid symptom but it went away after hours...Anyway wish you get rid of the side effects soon xxx

Under better doctors now so hopefully making some progress

I found evening primrose helped me and running cold water on my wrist
