Hope you lovely people are doing ok and not suffering too much.
So I’m 6 weeks into the 4 month medical menopause tonight I have really bad excruciating stomach cramps but I am also suffering badly with the hot flushes and in particular night sweats I spend most evenings in front of the fan. I need something to try help relieve this pain a little bit would normally turn to a hot water bottle to ease a little but can’t even think of that at the minute with how bad the flushes are, anything else I can use to try relieve some of this pressure feel like the only way I can describe is like my insides are trying to escape, oh the joys and pain we have to go through only 29 mind you at least I have an idea of what’s to come I suppose always look for the positives they say!!
