Private surgery dates

Has anyone had any dates for surgery yet,I have gone private with the priory hospital to have a hysterectomy abd any endometriosis removed I had a consultation about 3 weeks ago and had no dates for surgery yet,getting anxious and frustrated as in pain every day and have endo belly every day

I went for a consult on the 30th of June and managed to get booked in for a lap in August, the consultant said the backlog isn't too long in the private sector, hopefully you will hear soon, good luck x

No, sorry. I was supposed to add that, not really helpful of me 🤦

But far as I am aware it's the same for all the hospital's so you should be looking at sort of August, September time x

That's ok Hun lol,I just want a date so I have something to focus on and no that the pain will be over soon plus at the moment we have to self isolate for two weeks before surgery x

I know, I completely understand. The waiting has been awful, just makes all the pain and worry worse. Fingers crossed you hear from them really soon x

I was booked in the day after lockdown for my lap which was cancelled, at a private hospital in London. I am going in for surgery next week now, as I have had significant new growth in the last 6 months, but I think they are restarting in general (as in, if your condition hadn't worsened) in August x
