Hair loss from medication! HELP

I have Severe Endometriosis and was on Visanne for 10 months. It caused me to gain a bunch of weight and gave me hair loss/hair thinning/hair stopped growing. I've been off Visanne for about 4 months and my hair still hasn't recovered! I swear I'm losing more hair and I am desperate for any help or tips from anyone to help my hair grow again.

My hair used to grow so fast and it used to be really thick but it's getting thinner by the day and it's so depressing. I'm due for my second lap soon and to have the mirena put in then and I'm worried that'll make my hair situation worse.

Is there any products out there that will help my hair grow back that actually work?? Please let me know if anyone had had any success. Thanks xx
