Private health insurance

I was diagnosed with endometriosis whilst working for a company that provided private healthcare. I have since left that company and need surgery but the NHS list is way too long. Does anyone know of private health insurers that a) cover pre existing conditions and b) aren’t a fortune?

Have another suggestion to give you. Can you get a credit card with no interest for 18/24 months so you can spread the cost of private health care?
