I have been in two minds about writing how I'm feeling at the moment.
I'm facing g redundancy due to covid. However based on my performance over the last 12 months, I feel I'm being discriminated against due to taking sick days, when I have been unable to work, let alone get out of bed or walk!
Well this would not have been a pretty sight for the children in the nursery to see!
I have been loyal and worked when having being in pain.
My condition worsen in Oct of last year, and signed off end of Jan to march.
Just wondering if anybody would know where I would stand, as I'm appealing this decision.
