Any recommendations for books about endo please?
Looking for a good read and more information about the disease and also some good recipe books using the ‘endo diet’ (for a very fussy eater!)

Hey! I’d recommend two books, one called Endometriosis a key to healing and fertility by Dian Shepperdson Mills, this is a big read with lots of information and recipes but informative. It’s quite old but I found it useful and was recommended it. The other one is called Private Parts: how to really live with endometriosis by Eleanor Thom. This came out last year and I just read it and thought it was great. It’s a witty but informative account of Eleanor’s journey with endo and very relatable. She’s a comedian so it’s funny too which I found really refreshing. Hope they help!
Ask me about my uterus by Abby Norman is also a really informative read. It is a really honest account of the authors own battle with endo and her struggle to get the correct diagnosis/treatment, something many of us endo sufferers can relate to. Jessica Murnane’s cook book One Part Plant is also a great book for endo friendly recipes. She is an endo sufferer who had to overhaul her diet to help improve her symptoms so there are lots of great dishes in there to choose from. Hope that helps!
