Hiya Everyone

I hope everyone is keeping well & Safe.. my Husband and I have been trying for almost 2 years for a baby.. however its not seeming to be happening. Every month when AF comes its just another blow 😢 im so close to just giving up on the idea and being thankful for what we already have. Have any of u with Endo had a hard time TTC.? If u did concieve how long did it take.. everyone around me atm is pregnant which is maybe making this more upsetting for me. X

Hi, totally feel your pain! My husband and I tried naturally for 18 months after our wedding and eventually were referred for IVF treatment. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo and had to wait on surgery to have it removed from my womb, bowel, tubes, diaphragm and appendix (removed) and they told me my chances of conceiving naturally were slim after that. Our first round of IVF failed and we were so disheartened. We took a good 9-10months to gather ourselves back up and totally changed our mindset. Like you, I started to just feel grateful for what we had and told myself what would be will be. Last summer we just lived life to max and really enjoyed ourselves. We went into round 2 with the feeling of if it wasn’t going to happen, we wouldn’t let it get us down....today I’m 32 weeks pregnant and due our little girl in July. Honestly...keep going! I’m 32years old and suffered with endo from age 18! We tried for 5years and it feels like forever when your going through it hun but don’t stop cause when you get that positive test it’s all worth it!

All the best to you your journey and never let drs make you feel like you are hounding them (cause I did and I wish I’d pushed more back then) xx

Your emotions will be everywhere hun, totally normal to feel like that. Especially if you have a lot of pregnancies going on around you. This is what I found...we were one of the first to get married in my friends group but now we are one of the last to have a baby. I felt like everyone was overtaking me and all their priorities changed because they were mums. It was horrible. But when you do get that positive result (and I really hope you do 🥰) it will be the perfect time for you! Best of luck x
