I’ve lost over 2 stone and haven’t changed anything

I am awaiting investigative surgery for suspected endometriosis as well as the huge amount of pain I’m in, I also had an ovarian cyst which ruptured 5 years ago and required emergency surgery. Over the past year and half my symptoms have worsened and I have also lost over 2 stone without changing my diet or exercise. Has anyone else lost weight because of endo?

Have you mentioned weight loss to your GP?

I’ve lost weight, but I’m not eating much due to bowel and pain in abdomen and pelvic areas.

They are still doing checks to make sure it’s nothing else.
