So sleepy all the time on prostap

Can anyone help im on prostap for the past month now and im so tired all day then when i go to bed at night i can't sleep, is this the injection doing this or just me 😴

Hey, I really struggled with fatigue during the day and then struggling to fall asleep at night, and then even once I had fallen asleep I would wake up loads! I started off getting a lavender pillow spray (from boots for about £7), and then lavender oils that I would burn in an oil burner, then an electric diffuser with lavender. I even bought actual lavender and cheese cloths and followed a recipe to make lavender milk (caligirlcooking.com/sleepyt... And tried Horlicks and Twinnings Sleep tea.

I can’t say for sure that it all helped, but I’ve recently had my 7th prostap injection and my fatigue during the day is much better- I maybe get to about 2/3pm before I start to feel like I need a nap, and I wake up much less during the nights, more often than not I don’t wake up at all.

Are you on HRT too? I found the first HRT I was prescribed made all my symptoms worse and I was better off when I didn’t take them, so I got moved onto a different type.

Hi thank you for your reply,no i haven't been on hrt i am on gabapentin for pain but ive cut right down now to 100mg a day hooray. When i saw my Dr last he said i might have fibromyalgia as well as i get severe pain in my hips and deep area around my butt area I've have this pain now for 3 years and it never goes away. The prostap definitely helps with ovary pain and boob pain. I wonder if fibromyalgia is related in some way to the endos. Ive started having a nap mid afternoon im just exhausted if i don't i might try lavender spray in the evenings. Do you have injections monthly or 3 monthly? X

I have an injection once a month. I hope sleep gets easier for you soon! It’s terrible feeling so fatigued all the time x
