Miscarriage number 4 in two years.

So it all started August 2018 I actually for the first time in my life wee'd on a stick and it came back positive, was unreal feeling but it didnt last long I didnt make it to the scan as was too late was doing everything right but it all went wrong, then another a few months later, the one in october 2019, now I am currently going through another. I feel like every time this happens a little but more off me crumbles and I'm afraid soon I wont be able to get back what's crumbled away of me, I feel deflated and so so low. I just wish I could prevent this happening. My consultant has said I only get to 12 weeks nothing more, I have spoken with my consultant about contraception so this dont happen but she said as we are focusing on the fertility as well as endo so in order to keep an eye on that I can go on any so I'm in a no win situation and it really sucks any advice please on mental health? On how to prevent a miscarriage? How to have a healthy pregnancy? Xx

So sorry you’re going through so much. It can’t be easy by any stretch.

I can’t help specifically as I haven’t been in your situation. The talking therapies are operating via phone at the moment.

The only thing I can think of is have they checked vitamin and mineral levels, they can be important, women are often low in B’s, iron and magnesium. Vit E and selenium have links somewhere, and there is a general lack of Vit D these days.

I came up low on D last year, it’s gradually creeping up.
