If your current pain relief is not working suggest a phone consultation with your GP is in order. You may be better of with a med that targets that area. I used to feel as if I had the flu every month, horrible! In my case mefenamic acid was my saviour. Hope your pain eases🙏

Hi

I have endo and adeno plus fibromyalgia. This makes my body ache, joints ache, so fatigued at times, sleep a lot. It can feel like flu, that achy feeling if that makes sense.

I take an antidepressant for the pain which helps to a certain degree.

Definitely see your GP, if you have suffered this for a prolonged period of time (symptoms of fibromyalgia) I believe they look to see if it could possibly be this xx

Fatigue is a horrid side affect of endo and I've yet to find a way to really cope well with it. Sleeping and resting as much as you can.

Hi Elizabeth.... I suffered terrible with fatigue and would often be found sound asleep on the sofa after work. My energy levels were zero. The only pain i suffered was lower back pain but it always felt like my back was so weak it would just snap if I took a wrong step.. I started attending a chiropractor (I had 2surgeries b4 doing this so I figured why not!).... Not along has he improved my back issues... My energy levels are so much better.. I went on to have a 3rd surgery in December to clear all endo as we were to start ivf last month in prague (on hold due to travel ban)... But with this surgery I recovered so much quicker. 100% put it all down to the chiropractor sessions. I was even able to get back to the gym and running. For someone falling asleep at every turn the difference he made to my life is unreal.

It maybe worth giving it a go... Can be expensive but I found it amazing... My guy has helped woman with fertility issues too so it maybe worth asking if the specialise in woman's health issues too...

Hi, worth notting as well to speak to your GP about having vit D and Iron levels checked. Mine were rock bottom, since I started taking the fatigue has eased and feel more energetic. Can now stay away pas 8 pm :)

Hi yes agreed with bespp, ask your doctor for iron levels, ferritin and vitamin d, they are still doing blood tests at the moment at your doctors. Heavy blood flow is not good for energy levels. I know where you're coming from. Have you looked into changing your diet? This may help, good luck xxx
