Has anyone got pregnant naturally with endo?

Hi guys, me and my husband have been TTC for just over 5 years now. 2 years ago I had a laparoscopy and my consultant said after removing endo and polyps he didn't think conceiving naturally would be an issue. However we have still not conceived despite having regular sex and IVF twice.

My question is has anyone got pregnant naturally after trying for 5 years? When I'm ovulating we have tried having sex everyday sometimes more, we have also tried every other day but nothing seems to work. Sex with endo isnt an issue for me (pain wise) and we have a lot of sex but I have never become pregnant naturally, is it impossible? That's how I'm starting to feel.

My last IVF resulted in a chemical pregnancy which gave me some sort of reassurance but naturally is it ever going to happen? Do I just give up naturally? X

Yes me!

It took me a long time to get a diagnosis of end9 ( 5 years 10 months of TTC). I conceived twice naturally afterwards-chemical pregnancy after my 1st Lap & conceived my daughter after my third lap. It took us 7 years & 1 month to conceive our daughter! It can happen. We’d almost abandoned all hope.

I’m sorry to hear you are struggling it’s very

difficult the hardest thing I’ve ever faced.

Also very sorry for your chemical pregnancy but just because you lost that pregnancy doesn’t mean you would lose the next pregnancy. Many ladies who suffer a loss will go on to have a healthy baby.

Our fertility doctor told us we were “just very unlucky” & it was huge progress as we’d been able to conceive ( after 6 years of of not managing to get pregnant!)

I hope that can offer some hope & reassurance xxx

Thanks so much for your lovely message 😊 it's so hard and I really try to remain positive but certain days it's all I can think about. Takes over your life. I feel like deep down its impossible but at the same time I dont want to give up. Weird old feeling! Glad to hear you got pregnant in the end ♥️💫

I have Stage 4 Endometriosis but did manage to concieve twice aged 38 and 40...its not easy. Sadly both pregnancies ended in miscarriages but I was told I'd never concieve naturally and did. Good luck with everything. 💖💖xx

Thank you so much and I'm so sorry you you had a horrible journey, but I can see you now have a baby through IVF that's amazing ♥️💫 x

Yes, not me but my Endo buddie- she was getting anxious as nothing was happening.

She was told by her specialist not to try to hard, have quality sex, try to be relaxed about sex(bit difficult I know when it's painful) but it worked for her two girls 2 years apart. Take heart and good luck
