Period after excision surgery

Hi everyone. I hope everyone is ok and staying safe.

I am post op (excision of endo) nearly 4 months and wanted to check in on people’s experience with their periods after the op.

The pain for me has been much more intense but I’m not bleeding as much. I’m probably using one towel a day if that.

I usually have quite a heavy flow so I’m not used to this, and worry there maybe something wrong?

My period is also like clockwork, I have a 33-36 day cycle.

Any advice here would be super helpful.

I'm around 6 weeks post op and I asked a similar question there other day. My first period was extremely heavy and sore but I was told on here thats quite common. Hopefully next time not so bad but I can't say the op helped me xx
