Did anyone else have a dead arm after surgery?

I had my large endometriomas and endometriosis removed, with a stent put into my ureter, two weeks ago and after the op (6 hours), my arm was completely dead and I had no feeling in my right hand, all the way up to my right shoulder.

The doctors weren't concerned it was to do with the spinal injection I had, but probably because of the position I was in for 6 hours.

Did anyone else have anything similar? My arm struggles to move properly now, although the feeling has come back.
