Hi, don't worry, you have probably just burnt yourself a bit with it. Maybe put E45 cream on it if you have any. I've seen many other posts like this. X

I second ti's. You've either been using water that's too hot, or used it for too long. And it's caused some burns. But if you stop using it these should disappear. And just be careful in the future about how much your using it. Hard I know as we tend to rely on them. But try cold compresses to. Some people find these actually work better.

Hi I got these a few times I used kettle water in my hot water bottles looks a bit like corned beef 🤣 it goes away on its own, don't use your hot water bottle for a bit if it's actually blistered tho you will make it worse and it will scar your stomach, I feel for you your pain must be bad if you're burning your stomach like that, hope you get some relief soon, have you tried red tiger balm that's not a bad alternative to your hot water bottle xx

Yep. Hot water bottle burns. Totally get this one. I tended to try and wrap the bottle in another towel as well as the cover...it dies dampen down the heat a bit but you can use it longer without burning yourself. Have you tried an electric heat pad?

They give heat at a constant rate but its regulated to how hot it becomes.

Hey,

I’ve done exactly the same and have the worst rash/burns from the hot water bottle. Don’t using boiling water and make sure you use a cover on the bottle xx 💕💕
