12 days bleeding on norethisterone

Well it's been 12 days now and the bleeding is still light to moderate flow but not much coming out on my pad! I'm still taking norethisterone and have a cervical screening on 19/03/2020 to find out if it's down to my cervix just Hope's nothing severe or bad!!! Its beginning to drag so much I'll be asking if it's possible to up the dose for now on norethisterone to see if it helps the bleeding or not as it most certainly not a withdrawal as I'm still taking the medication and no way is it a period so my guess is as good as anyone at this point but more to it when the dr did an examination on monday gone she seen a white lump on my cervix and it looked swollen! So it might be due to this but why would I be getting decidual casts and extreme cramps which happened on tuesday but since tuesday I've not had anymore decidual casts but I have seen small white lumpy clots come out but only 2 so far in the last 2 days but the bleeding is constantly changing throughout the day ( pink then red then a orangey bloody colour to a pale white discharge with some blood in it ) it really doesnt add up and has left me in a confused state of mind daily 12 days is pretty long for an abnormal bleed to me usual it tapers off by 7 days
