Suggestion for endo flare up pain

Hi

This will be my first post I'm not asking for help but trying to give some which feels good. I've discovered a gel from France whilst staying with a couple in Spain (he used it for broken leg trauma). Being someone who previously got addicted to codeine in a knock on effect of dealing with endometriosis I'm chuffed to have discovered something that's actually helping. I've had two proper flare ups where the pain has left me basically crippled and unable to move since detoxing off codeine. This gel did effectively lift the pain. It's on Amazon and called 'nociceptol gel'. It uses hot and cold essential oils and it's drug free! Just wanted to share my discovery as after getting my second flare up just today and almost forgetting just how bad that excruciating level of pain can be I want to share it with anyone who might be getting pain as often as I used to. X

Thanks for sharing! How does it smell? I find some things so strong with the smell of menthol type odours that I'm too self conscious to use them at work.

It does certainly smell of menthol but I wouldn't say overbearing and sort of smells sweet as well. Maybe buy the small version which is cheaper and see what you think :)
