Please advise🥺
I get sharp stabbing pains and all I can say is that to me it’s endo lesions sitting on a nerve or something they make me cry out in pain and stop what I’m doing lots of girls on here have them with endo until you have surgery it’s all about pain management sorry to hear your suffering but I really don’t know what and e will do but at least it’s on record only other thing I can think of is if it’s an ectopic pregnancy??
Thank you so much for you advise.
I know there isn’t much they can really do. I just sick of been in this pain and didn’t think I would be in pain again after my OP in October, I wasn’t told that this pain will return.
I will go to my appointment tonight to hopefully get some stronger painkillers.
So sorry to hear that we all at least expect to get 5 years relief but for some it’s just months did you have a general gynaecologist do it or a specialist?so sorry about that I’ve been in your shoes to a and e they found high inflammatory markers and had a drip in then that was all really and was waiting 5 hrs
I think she was a specialist and I also had a bowel specialist there too.
I’m a little upset with been discharged and needing to go through getting referred again🥺 I do t feel like they should discharge you at all.
Yes your right you will have to go through it all again bless you or if fertility is not an issue you could try diet changes but if your in pain you may want another lap please remember though adhesions can cause pain too x
Thank you.
My appointment last night I was given amitriptyline and i have woke up this morning I’m not much pain👏🏼🤞🏼 Just a little tied.
I am going to try a gluten free diet, can anyone recommend this please?
I would wait until your appointment tonight and see what the gp says and whether you get stronger painkillers. If you do and by tomorrow the pain hasn't subsided then I would go to a.n.e. I hope you get some relief soon.💛
Thank you I will definitely take you up on your advise💛
I will also keep you updated.
Thank you again!😊
Oh no! Sorry to hear you are feeling like that ...
if nothing works and you are in agony then go to A&E I have done that in the past and stayed over for a couple of days until the pain was managed and felt a little bit better.
All depends how bad your pain is.
All the best sweet heart 💛
Thank you so much for your response.
I just think that because they don’t understand what endometriosis really is they don’t understand the extent of the pain.
I will definitely keep you up dated with my appointment tonight💛
A&E was quite prompt when they heard I was having pain due to endometriosis. They do know what endo is, it depends on the doctor really some are more susceptible than others! I just hope you can manage your pain 😞, actually I have mentioned in couple of previous posts, have you been prescribed with voltarol suppositories? Those really help reducing my pain a lot more than any other pain killer, it’s a bit uncomfortable and I only used it before going to bed, honestly this medicine was very good for me. Maybe you can ask the doctors to prescribe you this one for you to try and see how your body reacts to it?
Good luck tonight and yes please keep us updated 💛💛💛💛
Thank you.

Great! What kind of medicine is that? And yes try endometriosis diet... gluten free diet need be done slowly... I recommend cutting fb dairy, gluten and. Red meat little by little, for read meat triggers the bloating and pain more than any other food.
Good luck trying out what’s best for you! Lots of love 💛💛💛💛
Amitriptyline, some sort of painkiller but is great so far🤞🏼
Thank you for the advise I will be definitely trying with that diet.
Thank you so much💛 x
Amitriptyline is a type of antidepressant but is used in low doses for nerve pain just so you know if your pain is nerve related (sounds like it is) you might also want to consider pelvic physio when you are feeling a little better. I've just started mine this week and hoping it will get on top of the stabbing pain eventually.
