Endo and fibroids follow up

Hey all so I had a laparoscopy done back in September and was told that my follow up would be in three months I had endo and fibroids removed.but when I phoned on the 14th of febuary I was told it could be the end of March before am offered an appointment.then on Friday I got a letter for an appointment and have one next Wednesday.could something else be wrong.

Not necessarily it could be that it was in your notes to issue an appointment once a certain date after your operation was reached. Your calling though may have received the standard response until they logged that you'd called and then found that they needed to book an appointment so pushed one through - they sometimes have a different appointment list for follow ups.

Follow up will be to discuss recovery, any continuing symptoms and what you'd like to do treatment-wise, so have a think; it means you'll go in prepared x
