Hi guys, just looking for a little advice! I have stage 4 endo, had 2 laps last year went to my GP at the end of Jan as I have a heaviness and pressure in my pelvis mostly on the right. I had a TV ultrasound and doc called last week to say that there are some small endometriomas on the left but that there was “something” on the right but they don’t know what it is, And they want an MRI. Since my first GP visit I’ve started to bleed (sometimes flooding) every 6-10 days. Should I be worried? GP isn’t aware of the bleeding.

Worried?
Hi Elb. Sorry to hear about the flooding and yes please do let your doctor know about this. Try not to worry too much about the MRI - I know it's easier said than done. I had to get an MRI too and what showed up were small endometeriomas and adenomyosis/fibroid (they still aren't sure which one it is). I was also told to get the CA 125 which was in the early hundreds. This freaked me out but the doc explained it's high in endometriosis. Sending you good vibes and it's best to know what the mass is, so treatment can start. Good luck and good vibes
Hello
I have had an mri which diagnosed adenomyosis. I also flood through my clothes and I can’t control my bleeding. Next time you are with your gp make her aware of your bleeding I get pain on the right which then goes across the whole of my stomach. Your symptoms sound similar to mine. I have labour pains.
Don’t worry about the mri as it’s not as bad as you think, you are in for about 20 minutes and it’s the only way to diagnose adeno.
