No relief after a laparoscopy?

Hello,

I had a laparoscopy in October and endometriosis was found and removed. I have not really felt any better from the operation at all. I have been pain pretty much every day and was admitted to hospital for the last 3 days because codine and oramorph wasn't touching the pain. The doctors put the primary diagnosis down as an emdometriosis flare but they think its highly unlikely to be endometriosis as they removed it 3-4 moths ago. They also found a cyst and some fluid in the POD (one of the places where my endometriosis was found originally) but they dont think that could be the reason for the extreme pain either.

Has anyone else not felt better after a laparoscopy? Any ideas why I might still be in pain? Could it be the endometriosis?
