I'm still struggling with really bad pain, I tried to just get through today with painkillers but it's not working and now I'm struggling and I don't think I'll be able to get through tonight in this much pain. I just need this all sorted now. Do you think if I go to walk in doctors they'll refer me to A&E? I ended up in A&E last month after a 111 call but I was sent home because they said it was just period pains. I really need more extensive tests done I need this sorted. How do I go about this?

I'm not sure what the best process is but I know if you call 111 they can book appointments at the walk in center directly which saves you the wait but not sure what they can actually do as they usually say you'll need to see your doctor.
There's a big thing about the NHS A&E and walk in shouldn't be used as a one stop or "fast track", not sure what that means with our condition because quite a lot of us (me included, well used to) do get random horrible pains where you can't go to the GP because it's not open or they don't have appointments.
I think you could go to the walk in for stronger pain relief as a one off but they will most likely say you need to go to your GP / specialist for the extensive tests.
Go with how you feel though.
What you'll need in the long term is get your GP to refer you to an endo specialist, check out the BSGE website for specialist centers, they'll be able to do a consultation and refer you for a laparoscopy to diagnose endo (or take a look at any other things they find).
Also check out "NICE Endometriosis" google it, this has a pathway for what doctors should do to diagnose endo, you can read up then you'll know what to do next
I had the same problem on Monday evening I was in excruciating pain my husband took me to A&E I was seen by the out of hours GP she was lovely took bloods and I explained how much pain I was in and that I was waiting for MRI results, to find out what sort of cyst I had on my ovary. I also told her I was waiting to have a laparoscopy to find out if I had endo I had told her that over the counter painkillers were just not working and I could hardly walk, she prescribed me some voltarol suppositories they have been a god send they last up to 8 hours I take paracetamol also and it has helped me get through the week till I see my consultant tomorrow to find out my results. I hope this this helps you could give it a try I can’t make things any worse for you. Wishing you lots of luck.
A&E doctors are not trained to deal with endometriosis.
You need to research a great endometriosis excision surgeon in your area, ask your GP to get referred to him/her and then he/she will decide what exams to make you undergo (MRI, etc..) and will tell you whether surgery should be performed or not.
Thorough excision is the first step to get your life back!
