Please can anyone advise?

I haven't posted for a while but I'm struggling at the moment. I had a laporoscopy in March and a coil fitted. I am constantly leaking fluid through my clothes and feel unwell. I'm on metronidazole and doxycycline given from A and E. My specialist appointment is in October. Think I need a hysterectomy but exhausting all options first. I've been so strong but this is effecting my life so much. Does anyone else get this.

I have very severe adenomyosis. Ive had the same problem with the extended never ending bleeding and leaking. The metrinodazole helped at first, but not as well after a while. I have alot inflammation and when the bleeding gets serve my doctor will sometimes provide me with a ketorolac shot. Which seems to clear it up and stop in a matter of hours and helps in the long run. I dont have any experience with the coil. I had the depot shot which stopped the pain and bleeding but the 40lb weight gain was a crap trade off. I am due for. Partial hysterectomy as well.
It can be really draining. Not to mention the exhaustion. I started taking iron supplements to help counter blood loss. And just started wearing liners regularly. It just never ends. But if u can get the inflammation to calm down itll help alot.
I feel for you. I hope things calm down and look up for u. All we can do i manage it but there is still hope itll get better, whatever quality and steps we have to take to get there.

For all you ladies out their pls ask you dr for NAPROXEN it's the best pain relief,its goes in your system slowly and leaves your system slowly...

When you say fluid do you mean bleeding? Xxx
No, like water but it's not coming from the bladder. I had a scan and it showed fluid on ovaries and tubes.
I’ve had a watery liquid leak for a while now it looks at times like I’ve wet myself but it’s not urine, I’ve mentioned it to my doctor hopefully we can find out what it is during my laparoscopy
This happens to me also. If you find out can you let me know. I've had a lap already. Thank you for replying.
Yeah of course I’m kinda glad it’s not just me I thought for ages maybe I was just wetting myself 😂
