Hi I couldn’t read and not reply.

What tests have you gone through if any? Are you under any gynae at the moment?

You could be anaemic like me, which causes tiredness and can gotten feel absolutely exhausting even after you have been up for only a few hours. As for your bleeding I have the same problem. It runs down my legs, through my pad and clothes. I feel for you and you are not alone in this horrible journey.

I am sure your partner loves you, you may not be the same person he met but if he is sticking by you then he is a good man. A relationship isn’t always about everything being all nice and pretty, it’s about hard times too and how you can get through them together.

I have endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Do you think you have any of these?

You will get lots of support on here and feel free to PM me as I know exactly how you feel my love xx

Thankyou for your reply I’ve had an ultrasound so far and was told I will possibly have mri next before they will refer me to a bsge centre even though gyn thinks I have recto vaginal endometriosis I’ve took it on myself to get a private consultation but it’s not till the 27th of this month.I have been anemic in the past but not had any tests to see if I still am I’ve had fluids put in me before for high inflammatory markers they said it was from losing blood.sometimes I can’t even stand up long and feel as if I’m going to faint it must be from loosing blood I’ve been given menfamic acid but I’m finding I’m taking four a day rather than the 3 they told me to not sure what else to take thankyou for your support x

I would say the first thing is to get your MRI and to see a specialist gynaecologist to get a diagnosis. I ended up going private for a laparoscopy as the NHS had me on the waiting list for months even though I had my doctor chasing them. Going private everything seems to happen very quickly which is a good thing in our situation but again it’s quite costly. Remember after your consultation you can then go back to the NHS for treatment:) can you phone your GP and ask for a blood test to check for anaemia? Just thinking as you may need iron tablets. Trying to help the best I can & I hope you get a diagnosis very soon x
