I’m currently waiting a diagnosis but I do I have a small Endometrioma on my right ovary. The last week the pain has been really sore in my ovaries, the pain now seems to come and go but now I’ve got really bad shoulder pain but it is moving now towards my chest (above my breast) it’s really sore to touch that area. I think I have read somewhere that it can be a symptom is this correct? Any help appreciated if you have suffered with shoulder pain as this has come from nowhere from achy shoulder to really painful now.
Thanks 😊

Hiya, I believe it is definitely a symptom of endo - diaghram endo I think - and have a feeling it's if the pain is in your right shoulder. I have Stage IV endo diagnosis mainly RV endo and have recently started getting cyclical shoulder pain (really sharp pains and almost frozen shoulder for about 4-5days) but mine is in my left one only so think it's possibly more hormonal rather than endo. I'm sure more people who have had it will comment and help, but this is just my thoughts - yet another weird and wonderful symptom of endo!! x
Hi, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis, stage 4. Had my first lap in August 2019. I suffered shoulder, neck, lower back and thigh pain. my specialist didnt think the shoulder pains were related. I took diazepam for the pain and recovered. however the lower back and thigh pain is siactca nerve pain which I am currently getting physio for.
