Endo and shoulder pain

I seem to get shoulder pain (left) whenever I’m experiencing a flare up or about to. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes get the same. Is like a trapped muscle that does not get better.

Yes, I experience this when I’m having endo pains but mine is usually in my right shoulder

Yes, I get exactly this, in my left shoulder! Sometimes it goes down into my arm and chest a bit too. I am worried it is endo higher up in the body (extrapelvic) but doctors don’t seem to care much about it. Could also be referred or nerve pain, or just something to do with inflammation?

Yeah, I have no idea. I’ve had it for years and use it as an indicator for when I’m going to get bad pain ..I’m still awaiting my appointments that were cancelled during Covid so will probably bring it up
