Decaptyl injections helped initially but pain is back.

Hi I have deep infiltrating endo on the outside of my womb both posteriorly and anteriorly, in my bladder and Bowel. I have been taking decaptyl monthly injections with add back hrt since March 2018. After the pain initially getting worse for the first monthly on treatment my pain was greatly helped at my last gyn appointment in September 2019. I was virtually pain free with only occasional cramping and break through bleeding. I have had minimal side effects and the benefits far outweighed them. But for a few weeks now my pain has gradually increased and I am now in pain daily with moderate bleeding (it only lasted a day). I am feeling very disheartened. Has anybody else had this experience. I’m hoping it’s a blip but fear I could end up back where I started. I am worried my body has built up a resistance to the injections.
