Hi

your post cropped in when I searched for melatonin. Did you end up trying it, and if so, did it work?

Thanks

Hi, i actually brough some 5HTP, it converts to melatonin in your body. Im still taking it, dont get much pain anymore.

Good luck with your gp. Mine were useless, everything i take is from doing my own research. I also take turemeric, high dose flaxeed, and royal jelly for anti inflammatory, and im gluten and dairy free, so the 5htp def helps but its all those together that make a big difference for me.

I know what you mean 🤣

I’ve tried tumeric, maybe with flax, it may work.

I’ll see what she says, started Zoladex last month, so not sure if any clashes. They likely don’t really know either.

I doubt they will but you never know. I feel really crap without the flax, i was reluctant to take it at first because of all the info about it being estrogen, but actually what it does is rids your body of bad/excess estro and keeps the good.
