Has anyone with endo missed ovulation? I’ve been tracking this month with ovulation sticks and I’ve had no high peak on a clear blue. Does this mean I haven’t ovulated. Will I still get my period? Endo will be the death of me 😔 any help please xxxx

Don't use clear blue never worked for me, get cheapies from ebay and test AM/Pm I realised I was missing my slot by just testing AM

Which ones did you use. I got high fertility for 9 days then I just give up waiting for my peak as it got to late in my cycle. I got peak last month but not this month xxxx

I just buy the cheap kind from ebay like pack of 50. The smiley face clear blues were terrible and expensive I never had a peak. But the cheapies I sellotaped them in a notebook and it shows the steady darkness over the fertile days. I did this when I didn't know u was ovulating x

Good idea this might be something to follow. How are you getting on with trying to conceive with endo xxx

I was abvised to stop trying in may after a few A&E overnight visits. I really wasn't well and they were worried about the complications if I did manage to conceive. I have my first surgery to remove it all on Thursday x

It may be you’ve just missed it. But it’s not uncommon to not ovulate one month even in ‘healthy’ women. You may find your body attempts ovulation again this month (resulting in a later than usual period) or you may find you’ll have your period as usual (or sometimes slightly earlier) . If your cycle length varies it’s usually due to ovulation as the only bit that’s consistent is your luteal phase after ovulation.

It can happen even to women who don't have endo. If it happens once there is nothing to worry about. Have you undergone surgery that impaired the ovarian reserve? What medication do you take for endometriosis? Is this a stressful period in your life? Do you follow any specific dietary regiments or lifestyles for endometriosis? Have you ever tried getting acupunture or a Chinese Tui-Na massage?

I had surgery to separate my ovaries so maybe that had an effect of my ovaries. I take mefanamic acid and transnamic acid but only when I need it for pain. I’m not on any diets at the min. Got acupuncture a few years back I didn’t like it it didn’t work for me xxxx

It depends on who performed the laparoscopy. If it wasn't advanced excision surgery with a renowned endo BSGE-certified surgeon, then maybe the ovarian reserve might have been impaired and how you have less reserve and sometimes don't ovulate.

Are you planning on conceiving soon? Is that why you're using the ovulation strips?

Yes trying to conceive as soon as possible really. My surgery was done by an advanced surgeon at the hospital yes. Should I get my ovary reserve checked. What should it be for a 31 year old xxxx
