Coming off the pill with stage 4 endometriosis

Hey everyone, looking for a bit of advice. I’ve been taking a combination pill of some kind for over 10 years, for the last 3 years or so Yasmin. Not consistent benefit from it to be honest and my endo grew at its most aggressive rate whilst taking it actually. I had all my endo except on my diaphragm removed via excision in March, I have stage 4 so it was deep rectovaginal, on my bladder and ureter. They found an adynoma (benign lesion) on my liver which they think was caused by taking the pill for so long. So now I have stopped taking the pill this week as my pill pack naturally came to and end and the plan is to try to conceive from around January onwards.

What has everyone’s experience been of coming off the pill? I was hoping that maybe the pill I was taking is a higher amount of oestrogen than I’d produce naturally so maybe it might be better off it than on 🙈 any tips or advice would be much appreciated. Started taking a natural fertility supplement, already take omega 3 and bio cult, and I stay away from gluten, dairy, caffeine, alcohol and red meat. Thank you 🙏🏻 💛
