I’ve had a amh level test and these are my results. I’m very confused. Although the email said it is normal for my age (which is 29) I’m just very confused. Is it normal as I’ve looked online and looks very low. Can anyone help me understand this?

I had my AMH done two months ago in preparation for IVF to start. It was 1.95pmol (0.27ng/ml) which is very low.Am 36yrs old.I started taking some supplements like CO-Q10, Omega.Am also taking a diet rich in protein and have re-introduced yoghurt since am lactose intolerant.Prior i wasn't taking any dairy.I've read it helps with the follicles.Am hoping to start Ivf in December or January, waiting for insurance cover clearance.Am hoping by then I'll have a better AMH since I've read it sometimes varies from month to month.I've been under crazy stress after losing my mum earlier this month.I know it has taken a toll.Yours isn't bad either but lower for your age. There is a lady who had posted in this forum sometime back, exactly my age but her AMH was 28pmol after laparoscopic surgery.I guess some women are luckier than others.
Thankyou for your reply. I’m sorry to here about your journey And how stressful it has been and the loss of your mum. Hopefully you will get some help with ivf and with all things you have tried has helped. I’ve read a lot about CO-Q10, vitamin D and omega 3 so I will try and start taking that. It’s been so stressful I have t had any surgery yet but I do have endometriosis and endometrioma cysts. Due to have my first surgery in the next few months. It’s very emotional as it’s the fear of the unknown. When I looked online I said it was very low for my age but when my results came back they said it’s normal for my age it’s all very confusing hard for me to understand it all but felt I needed to know. Thankyou for your reply x
